The problem

A successful North American product with no EMEA presence. Building a region from scratch means more than hiring reps, it's the whole commercial engine: market entry, the pipeline, and a way of selling that travels across very different countries.

What I did
  • Built the EMEA commercial engine from the ground up
  • Established the pipeline and qualification a new region could run on
  • Adapted the sell to multiple markets and languages without losing the system
  • Grew the region to 5M in new revenue
