1. Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:

2. What we process and why

Contact form & email. When you send a message, we process the name, email, company and message you provide, in order to respond to your enquiry. The form is processed by Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA), which forwards the submission to us; transfers to the USA are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. See Formspree's privacy policy. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Booking a call. Calls are currently arranged by email. If a third-party scheduling provider is added later, it will be named here together with a link to its privacy policy.

Tools. The calculators on this site run entirely in your browser. Any figures you enter are not transmitted to us unless you choose to email them via the provided link.

Webfonts. This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.). When fonts are fetched, your IP address is transmitted to Google. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in consistent presentation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). [Planned: self-host the fonts so no data is sent to Google.]

Server logs. Our hosting provider Fly.io (Fly.io, Inc.), serving from its Frankfurt (EU) region, processes standard technical access data (IP address, time, page requested) to deliver and secure the site. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Analytics. This site currently uses no analytics and sets no tracking cookies, so no cookie-consent banner is required. If a privacy-friendly analytics tool (e.g. Plausible or Fathom, which set no cookies and collect no personal data) is added later, this notice will be updated.

3. Sharing & storage

We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the processors named above (Formspree as form backend, Fly.io as host, Google for webfonts, and the scheduler once selected) under data-processing agreements, and stored only as long as needed to handle your enquiry or as required by law.

4. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these, contact gijs@compoundgtm.io.
